Do bra styles vary with different outfits?

Yes, different outfits do need different bra styles to fill them out properly. For example: In the case of t-shirts or everyday wear clothes, our t-shirt bras and demi bras options are most suitable. For dresses and eveningwear, our push-up bras are most suitable. For racerback or revealing back clothes, our racer bra or fancy back bra is most suitable.

I can't find my size or fit. What should I do?

How often should bras be replaced and why?

Replace your bra when it stops fitting like it used to. A bra generally loses elasticity after a 100-wash/wear cycles or after its over 6months old.

What is the best way to launder my lingerie?

Hand-wash your lingerie and do not wring them out, to avoid them losing their shape. Avoid hot water and use detergents designed for intimates.

Can I machine-wash my lingerie?

We suggest hand washing your lingerie for them to last longer, however if you prefer to machine-wash them, you can do so at your own risk. We request you to follow these steps for machine-washing your lingerie: 

  • Step1- Always wash your lingerie separately in order to avoid any discoloration. 
  • Step 2 - Hook your bra before putting it in the machine. 
  • Step 3 – Put your lingerie in a muslin laundry bag designed to wash your bras and panties in the machine. 
  • Step 4 - Wash using the delicate cycle option, and be sure to remove before the spin cycle.
Can my bra be tumble-dried?

Tumble-drying is never good for your intimates as any heat can damage the bra fabrics and ruin their fit.

How do I calculate the shipping and handling for my order?

Candyskin provides free and express domestic shipping inclusive in the cost price however international shipping charges will be applied automatically during check out based on the region.

When can I expect delivery?
  • We understand the pain of anticipation. Hence, we ship orders out of our warehouse within 3-5 business days, post order confirmation. 
  • For metros and large cities, the delivery generally takes place within 3-5 days from the shipping date.
  • For the rest of the country, you can expect delivery within 15 days of the order being confirmed.
  • For International shipments, you can expect delivery within 3 weeks of the order being confirmed.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, the Candyskin packaging is discreet. We courier wrap the Candyskin box and secure the products inside. There is no mention of the products on the address label pasted on the package. Our logo is visible on the front box for you to know that the parcel is from Candyskin.

What is your return policy?

At Candyskin, we have a very easy and hassle-free return policy. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy allows for you to return any or all products except panties, within 7 days of its delivery. We will immediately provide you with, either a credit coupon, or a full refund. Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled. 
Incase of International shipments, products cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to reasons including hygiene we do not accept return of briefs and panties. We do not accept return of products without the price tag attached on it; in any case of a broken price tag return of products will not be accepted.

How do I initiate a return?
  1. Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing.
  2. Use the butter paper to wrap to secure and protect the products inside. Enclose your invoice inside and place the box back inside the tamper-proof envelope and secure it with a tape.

  4. In case we cannot pick it up, simply courier the parcel to our address. Enclose the courier receipt to get a refund for courier charges.

How do I track my return?

We will send an email once our warehouse has received your returned order.

How long will my return take?

We will take 5 - 7 business days after receiving the returned order to evaluate if the items are eligible for return – i.e., they are unwashed, unworn and in a hygienic condition. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within the next 5-7 business days. In some cases refunds may take up to 21 buisness days to be processed.

Can I return panties?

For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept returned briefs, panties, or shape-wear panties.

Will I get complete refund against my order?

If you return/cancel an order, the paid price of the product (including the tax collected) will be refunded back to you. However, convenience charges are non-refundable and hence shall not be refunded.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but only within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, log into your account, click on the order you wish to cancel and select the “cancel” option.

How soon do I have to make an exchange request?

Exchange request must be placed within 7days of receiving the order. Due to reasons including hygiene only bra’s can be exchanged. Reverse pick up will be arranged for the bras as soon as the exchange request is received.

How does the exchange process work?
  • After receiving your exchange request we will call you or email you to confirm the same. 
  • We will then arrange for reverse pick up through our delivery partner, they will then contact you to confirm the pickup date and time. Kindly note, the pick up must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Any pick up scheduled later then 7days will not be considered for exchange.
  • After our delivery partner pick's up the Candyskin box with the bra's to be exchanged, we will check the product thoroughly, please note bra/bras must have its original tags attached on it, be free of any odour and should be unwashed for the exchange to be approved, we will then send the product requested by you during the exchange process.
  • Please note, the entire exchange process, from initiating the request to delivering the requested exchange product can take anywhere between 15-25 days, depending on your convenience of reverse pick up of product.
How can I cancel an exchange request?

To cancel your exchange request, please email us with your Order ID at customercare@candyskin.com or call us on +91 7045785815 between Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm within 24hrs of placing an exchange request.

How do I use credit notes, gift cards and vouchers for making payments?

To use these online, simply enter the unique code provided when you check out. If your order value exceeds the balance amount on the credit note, the balance must be paid at checkout.

Terms of use for your credit note, gift card or voucher:

  • To apply a credit note, login from the same email ID to which the note has been issued.
  • A gift card cannot be cancelled so ensure you enter the correct details of the recepient.
  • Multiple gift cards and credit notes can be used together to pay for a single order. The same credit note can be used until the balance gets over. (still under discussion)
  • No two vouchers can be clubbed. However, you may club a voucher with a credit note or gift card.
  • Vouchers will not be applicable during any periods of special pricing or sale.
  • Discount vouchers will not be applicable on limited edition collections.
  • Validity of credit notes, gift cards and vouchers cannot be extended.
  • If the payment was made using a credit note/gift card, a refund against the purchase will be in the same form.

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?
