Shipping And Delivery

  • We offer free domestic shipping on orders above Rs.1000; International Shipping is chargeable based on the location.
  • In case of domestic delivery after 3 failed attempts, the fourth attempt of the delivery a charge of Rs.100, will be applicable, as an extra cost to be borne by the customer.
  • COD Charge applies on Cash on Delivery Orders
  • The bra is packed individually in a plastic bag wrapped in butter paper and put into a beautiful Candyskin box.
  • The panty is packed in butter paper and put into a beautiful Candyskin box.
Shipping time
  • In case of domestic delivery, orders will be delivered within 6-8 business days.
  • In case of international delivery, orders will be delivered within 4 weeks of order confirmation. The orders will be confirmed once payment has been received from your bank in case of pre-paid payment modes. In case of 'cash-on-delivery' payment mode, we need you to verify your order. Instructions on how to verify your COD orders are given at the time of placing one.
  • You can track your order online through our website or through the carrier companies website once it is dispatched for delivery.

  • COD is only applicable on domestic orders in selected regions.

Where is my order processed from?
  • Orders are processed from our warehouse in Mumbai, India.
  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.
Who will deliver my order?
  • Within India, we ship through a registered courier company. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. The customer will have to pay extra after the 3rd delivery attempt.
  • Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure the smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
  • Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order(if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
